Enhancement of Accountability in Learning among Engineering Graduates through 4MAT Model of Instruction

Naveen The 4MAT Model of Instruction de-emphasizes the memorization of concepts, because this model makes use of students’ individual learning styles thus increasing the students’ sense of responsibility, process of enquiry, students are intrinsically motivated, actively and enthusiastically participated individually and socially in teaching-learning process. The 4MAT model is an answer to the problems faced by the teachers in catering to the individualistic needs and interests of the learner. It makes the learning process active and pleasant for all types of learners.
